These past few months have been too cold! I've been slacking in working out because my usual place to train is in a non heated barn and I can't stand the egos of the 75 meat heads doing bench in a packed gym. Two weeks ago I finally had enough of not working out and decided to layer up and I mean layer up to lift in the barn. I like to keep a positive mindset and with my imagination I was pretending to be Sylvester Stallone in Rocky 4.... You know the one with Ivan Drago??
Now I wasn't doing situps from a second story loft or dead lifting three people in a wagon, but I was spending most of my time shoving my close to frost bit fingers down my pants to get any feeling back I could. Hey you gotta do what works right? Note to self bring gloves from now on!
